超声及磁共振检查对脊髓神经管畸形胎儿产前诊断的应用综述

A review on value of ultrasound and MRI in prenatal diagnosis of spinal neural tube defects

  • 摘要: 近年来产前超声和胎儿磁共振成像技术取得了快速的发展,这些技术能够在胎儿期对脊髓神经管畸形做出超早期诊断及预后评估。本文介绍产前超声及胎儿磁共振技术在不同类型脊髓神经管畸形的产前诊断和预后评估中的优缺点,总结具有实用价值的诊断和评估方法,旨在提高临床医生为孕妇提供产前咨询建议的能力。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the rapid development of prenatal ultrasound and fetal MRI technique makes them more capable for ultra-early diagnosis and prognosis assessment of spinal neural tube defects in the fetal stage. This review introduces the development status of prenatal ultrasound and fetal MRI, and its advantages and disadvantages in the prenatal diagnosis and prognosis prediction of different types of spinal neural tube defects, and summarizes a series of practical diagnostic and evaluation methods, so as to improve the ability of clinicians to provide prenatal counseling to pregnant women.
