长寿与肠道微生态关系的研究进展

Research advances in relationship between gut microbiota and longevity

  • 摘要: 与年龄密切相关的神经退行性疾病、代谢性疾病、肿瘤、肌肉骨骼疾病等是影响长寿和健康的突出难题,同时降低人群生活质量、增加社会及家庭负担。肠道微生态作为新近的研究热点,与上述几种疾病的关系逐渐被揭示,其与长寿的关系也开始受到关注。本文就长寿人群肠道微生态的变化、肠道微生态对长寿的可能作用机制及以肠道微生态为靶点的长寿干预研究进展进行综述和展望。

     

    Abstract: Age-associated neurodegenerative diseases, metabolic diseases, neoplasms, musculoskeletal diseases and so on, are prominent problems on the road to longevity and health, which not only lowers the quality of life of the population, but also increases the burden on society and families. As a recent research hotspot, the gut microbiota has gradually revealed to be related with the above-mentioned several diseases, and its link with longevity has begun to be concerned. This article focuses on the changes and prospects of gut microbiota in longevity populations, possible mechanisms of longevity, and longevity intervention research targeting gut microbiota.
