细胞自噬在辐射诱导旁效应中的作用研究进展

Research advances in role of autophagy in radiation-induced bystander effect

  • 摘要: 放射治疗是恶性肿瘤三大治疗手段之一。然而,放射治疗在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,也可引起未受辐射细胞及组织器官的损伤,称之为辐射诱导旁效应。研究发现细胞自噬可调控辐射诱导旁效应,探究其调控机制,为临床精准放疗和辐射防护提供依据。本文就辐射诱导旁效应及细胞自噬在辐射诱导旁效应中作用的研究进展作一简要综述。

     

    Abstract: Radiotherapy is one of the three pillars in malignant tumor treatment. However, radiotherapy also causes damage to non-irradiated cells, tissues and organs while killing irradiated tumor cells, which is called radiation-induced bystander effect (RIBE). Increasing evidences show that autophagy regulates RIBE, and investigation of its mechanism can provide evidences for clinical high-precision radiotherapy and radiation protection. In this review, we summarize the research advances in RIBE and how autophagy exerts influence on RIBE.
