摘要: 冠状动脉疾病(coronary artery disease,CAD)的发病率呈上升趋势,且发病年龄逐渐提前。我军现行飞行人员体格检查标准中规定CAD为飞行不合格。随着现代介入诊疗新技术的发展,国内外均有CAD飞行人员特许放飞的案例。为此,全军航空航天医学专业委员会根据“十二五”“十三五”期间空军特色医学中心全军重大课题等研究成果,组织相关专家借鉴外军做法和我军实际情况制定“军事飞行人员冠状动脉疾病特许飞行指南”,内容包括CAD的诊断、治疗、航空医学关注点、特许医学鉴定要求、特许飞行合格后的随访原则等。旨在规范军事飞行人员冠状动脉疾病的诊治,重点是为航空医学鉴定提供参考依据。
