摘要

摘要: 静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism，VTE)包括深静脉血栓形成和肺栓塞。我军现行飞行人员体格检查标准规定静脉血栓栓塞症飞行不合格，由于精准诊治技术在临床航空医学的应用，我军及外军均有VTE特许放飞的案例，随着空中战勤和技勤人员队伍的扩大，未来涉及VTE特许飞行鉴定的案例将会增加。为此，全军航空航天医学专业委员会根据“十二五”“十三五”期间空军特色医学中心全军重大课题等研究成果，组织相关专家制定“军事飞行人员静脉血栓栓塞症特许飞行指南”，内容包括VTE的诊断、治疗、航空医学关注点、特许医学鉴定要求、特许飞行合格后的随访原则等。旨在规范军事飞行人员静脉血栓栓塞症的诊治，重点是为航空医学鉴定提供依据。
