摘要

摘要: 痛风是一组尿酸代谢异常的异质性疾病。我军现行飞行人员体格检查标准中规定痛风为飞行不合格。由于临床治疗技术的提高，经规范化管理和随访，痛风发作可控，尿酸结晶沉积可逆，国内外均有军事飞行人员罹患痛风特许放飞的案例。为此，全军航空航天医学专业委员会根据“十二五”“十三五”期间空军特色医学中心全军重大课题等研究成果，组织相关专家制定“军事飞行人员痛风特许飞行指南”，内容包括痛风的诊断、治疗、航空医学关注点、特许医学鉴定要求、特许飞行合格后的随访原则等。旨在规范军事飞行人员痛风的诊治，重点是为航空医学鉴定提供依据。
