2010 - 2019年某三级甲等医院眼科住院军人流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of military inpatients in ophthalmology department of a grade A tertiary hospital from 2010 to 2019

      背景  解放军总医院经历了军队医疗改革,对此期间军人医疗数据进行统计具有一定的科学价值。
      目的   分析2010 - 2019年解放军总医院眼科住院军人患者疾病构成变化趋势,为指导卫生决策提供数据支持。
      方法   收集解放军总医院眼科2010 - 2019年军人住院病历资料,应用流行病学方法进行构成变化分析。
      结果   共收治军人住院患者3 202例,军队改革(2015年底)后明显增多。各类疾病10年间的构成比在总体上存在统计学差异(χ2=235.925 4,P<0.05),但主要疾病如晶状体疾病、脉络膜和视网膜疾病、青光眼的构成比变化不大。对眼外伤进行单独统计,发现其占比有升高趋势(χ2=8.093,P<0.05)。
      结论   眼科军人住院患者主要疾病构成比变化不大,眼外伤占比逐年增多,尤其是训练伤。需进一步增强安全教育,做好训练防护。

     

    Abstract:
      Background   Chinese PLA General Hospital has experienced the military medical reform. Making statistic analysis on the medical data of the military personnel is of certain scientific value.
      Objective   To study the changes and trend of diseases spectrum of military inpatients in the Department of Ophthalmology from 2010 to 2019, so as to provide evidences for health policy making.
      Methods   The medical records of military inpatients in our hospital from 2010 to 2019 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiology.
      Results   A total of 3 202 hospitalized military patients were included, and the numbers increased significantly after the military reform (at the end of 2015). There were significant differences in the disease spectrum of all diseases (χ2=235.925 4, P < 0.05), but the proportions of the main diseases such as lens, choroid and retinal diseases and glaucoma did not changed much; the proportion of ocular trauma, which was calculated alone, increased significantly over time (χ2=8.093, P < 0.05).
      Conclusion   In these 10 years, the proportions of main diseases changed little, while the proportion of ocular trauma is increasing year by year, especially the training related injury, which suggests that it is necessary to further strengthen safety education and training protection in military training.
