间充质干细胞复合多孔钽治疗骨关节炎的研究进展

Research advances in mesenchymal stem cells for treatment of osteoarthritis

  • 摘要: 骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)通常以关节透明软骨结构和功能的损伤、进行性退化的方式开始,进而影响所有关节结构。目前临床对其主要采取保守治疗缓解症状,症状严重时手术干预,但仍具有一定局限性和风险性。如今,组织工程学已广泛应用于关节软骨缺损的修复,并取得一定的进展。本文主要综述间充质干细胞以及金属材料多孔钽通过修复软骨缺损治疗OA的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Osteoarthritis often begins with damage and progressive degradation of articular hyaline cartilage structure and function, and then eventually involves all joint structures. At present, conservative treatment is mainly used to relieve symptoms, while surgical intervention is used when symptoms are serious, but these strategies still have some limitations and risks. Nowadays, tissue engineering has been widely used in the repair of articular cartilage defects and has made progress to a certain extent. This article mainly reviews the research advances in mesenchymal stem cells and porous tantalum in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
