MicroRNA与心房颤动心房纤维化关系的研究进展

Research advances in relationship between microRNA and atrial fibrosis in atrial fibrillation

  • 摘要: 心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)简称房颤,是临床上最常见的心律失常之一,其发病率近年来持续升高。心房纤维化是房颤发生的重要病理基础,驱动此改变的具体机制仍待明确。微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)参与转录后基因表达的调控,近来对组织特异性miRNA进行的研究证实了miRNA在房颤的心房重构发生过程中的作用。本文综述了miRNA与房颤心房纤维化的最新研究进展及其在房颤治疗方面的潜力。

     

    Abstract: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common arrhythmia in clinic, with increasing prevalence in recent years. Atrial fibrosis is a crucial factor in the initiation and progression of atrial fibrillation, but the specific mechanism driving this change remains to be clarified. MicroRNA (miRNA) involves in the regulation of post-transcriptional gene expression, recent studies on tissue-specific miRNA have shown that it plays an important role in the atrial remodeling of AF. This article reviews the latest research advances in the association between miRNA and atrial fibrosis as well as its capacity in the treatment of AF.
