蛋白质组学技术在呼吸系统疾病研究中的应用进展

Research advances in application of proteomics techniques in respiratory diseases study

  • 摘要: 蛋白质组学以蛋白质组为研究对象,研究细胞、组织和生物体蛋白质组成及其变化规律。蛋白质组学技术是当前解决医学和生物学领域诸多问题的重要工具,多种蛋白质组学分析方法已被广泛应用于呼吸系统疾病的研究中,为探索呼吸系统疾病的发病机制及靶向药物提供了新的途径。本文总结了蛋白质组学的研究进展及发展潜力,并讨论了蛋白质组学常见技术在呼吸系统疾病研究中的应用。

     

    Abstract: Proteomics studies protein composition and its changes in cells, tissues and organisms. Proteomics technology, as an important tool, can solve many problems in medicine and biology. Nowadays, a variety of proteomic analysis methods have been widely applied in the research of respiratory diseases, these methods provide a new way in the research of the pathogenesis and targeted drugs. This paper summarizes the research progress of proteomics and discusses its application in the study of respiratory diseases.
