骨折固定生物力学试验综述

Biomechanical experiments for fracture fixation

  • 摘要: 近年来,骨折手术中的新型内固定方式层出不穷,新固定方式在被应用于临床前往往需要经过试验的验证,为进入临床提供有力的证据。目前生物力学试验设计缺乏共识,文献中的试验设置条件也各不相同。本文旨在综述目前常见的力学加载形式、试验标本及各自的优缺点,同时讨论试验设置与临床的相关性。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, new internal fixation methods used in fracture surgery have emerged, and new implants often need to be verified by biomechanical experiments before they are used in clinical practice for providing strong evidence for clinical application. At present, due to the lack of consensus on the design of biomechanics experiments, the experimental conditions in the literatures are different. This article aims to review the current common mechanical loading forms, test specimens and their respective advantages and disadvantages. At the same time, some experimental settings and clinical relevance are discussed.
