机械预防深静脉血栓形成的机制及应用研究综述

Research advances in mechanisms and application of mechanical prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis

  • 摘要: 深静脉血栓形成是骨科术后常见的并发症之一,机械预防作为抗凝预防的重要辅助措施,其作用不容小觑。本文将围绕骨科术后常见机械预防装置的作用原理、临床应用及新进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is one of the common postoperative complications in orthopedic patients. As an important auxiliary measure of chemoprophylaxis, mechanical prophylaxis plays an important role in preventing thrombosis. In this paper, the principle, clinical application and new progress of common mechanical prophylaxis methods after orthopedic surgery are reviewed.
