常见胆道疾病的胆汁微环境改变研究进展

Research advances in changes of bile microenvironment in common biliary tract diseases

  • 摘要: 胆系疾病为消化系统中常见的一类疾病,大量研究表明胆汁微环境的改变与胆系疾病发生有着密切关系,如胆道微生态、胆汁中蛋白质及代谢物的改变、胆汁中外泌体表型的差异等。现从胆系常见疾病与胆汁微环境的研究进展出发,探讨二者间的关联性,为进一步预防、诊断和治疗胆道疾病提供权威的临床依据。

     

    Abstract: Bile system disease is common in the digestive system. A large number of studies have shown that changes in the bile microenvironment are closely related to the occurrence of bile system diseases, such as changes in the biliary microecology, changes in bile proteins and metabolites, and the phenotype differences of exosomes in bile, etc. Based on the research advances in common biliary diseases and bile, we will discuss their correlation, and provide authoritative clinical references for further prevention, diagnosis and treatment of biliary diseases.
