炎症小体在血液系统肿瘤中作用的研究进展

Research advances in role of inflammasomes in hematological tumors

  • 摘要: 炎症小体是机体在感受细胞内各种刺激时形成的多聚蛋白复合物。炎症小体形成后通过激活Caspase-1、促进白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-1β和IL-18的分泌,导致焦亡性细胞死亡。炎症小体活化在肿瘤发生发展的各个阶段均起重要作用,包括肿瘤细胞的增殖、转移和血管生成等。本文主要对炎症小体在血液系统肿瘤中的作用以及炎症小体信号作为潜在治疗靶点的相关研究进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Inflammasomes are multi-protein complexes that responsible for various stimuli in cells. These complexes activate caspase-1 to induce the secretion of interleukin-1 β (IL-1 β) and IL-18, leading to pyroptosis. Inflammasomes play important roles in the occurrence and development of tumors, such as regulating cell proliferation, metastasis, and angiogenesis. In this review, we discuss the role of inflammasome in hematological malignancies and the related research of inflammatory corpuscle signals as potential therapeutic targets.
