冠心病猝死的遗传学研究进展

Research advances in genetics of sudden death due to coronary artery disease

  • 摘要: 冠心病是威胁人类健康的重要疾病,猝死作为冠心病最严重的类型,具有发病突然、救治成功率低等特点。目前无有效手段对冠心病猝死实施精准预测。随着遗传学研究的不断深入,冠心病猝死的遗传背景被不断揭示,越来越多的遗传位点被证实与冠心病猝死相关,使得猝死的早期识别成为可能。本文从冠心病猝死的基因多态性、相关RNA和表观遗传学三方面,对冠心病猝死的遗传学研究进展做一综述,旨在从微观层面加强对冠心病猝死的认识。

     

    Abstract: Coronary artery disease is the major threats to human health, among which sudden death is the most serious type, with the characteristic of sudden onset and low success rate of resuscitation. At present, there is no effective method to accurately predict sudden death. With the development of genetic research, the genetic background of sudden death due to coronary artery disease has been continuously revealed, and more and more genetic locus has been identified, making it possible to identify sudden death events. In this review, we summarize the genetic research progress of sudden death due to coronary artery disease in three aspects: gene polymorphism, related RNA and epigenetics, aiming to strengthen the understanding of sudden death due to coronary artery disease in the genetic level.
