基于干细胞治疗非瘢痕性秃发的研究进展

Research advances in stem cell-based treatment for non-scarring alopecia

  • 摘要: 非瘢痕性秃发是皮肤科常见的临床问题,现有的治疗方式常无法满足患者的预期。随着再生医学的发展,基于干细胞治疗非瘢痕性秃发可能为治疗带来新的希望。本文概述了干细胞治疗非瘢痕性秃发的现状以及未来潜在的突破方向,为干细胞在非瘢痕性秃发治疗方面的临床转化提供一定参考。

     

    Abstract: Non-scarring alopecia is a common skin disease, and current treatments fail to meet the expectation of patients. With the development of regenerative medicine, stem cell-based treatment of non-scarring alopecia may bring new hope. In this article, current status of stem cell therapy in alopecia and the potential breakthrough in this field are summarized, hoping to provide evidence for the clinical translation of stem cell therapy in non-scarring alopecia.
