去线性泛素化酶OTULIN通过NF-κB通路调节炎症和细胞死亡的研究进展

Research advances in role of delinear ubiquitinase OTULIN in regulating inflammation and cell death through NF-κB pathway

  • 摘要: 核转录因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)通路在先天性免疫、抑制炎症反应、影响胚胎着床和发育等多个过程中发挥重要作用。线性泛素化修饰是近年发现的一种特殊类型的泛素化修饰方式。OTULIN是目前发现的可特异性降解线性泛素链的去泛素化酶。多数研究提示OTULIN可通过NF-κB通路调节炎症和细胞死亡,本文就此做一综述。

     

    Abstract: NF-κB pathway plays an important role in many processes such as innate immunity, suppression of inflammation, embryo implantation and development. Linear ubiquitination is a special type of ubiquitination modification discovered in recent years. OTULIN is the deubiquitinating enzyme that can specifically degrade linear ubiquitin chains. Most studies suggest that OTULIN can regulate inflammation and cell death through the NF-κB pathway, and the major findings are summarized in this review.
