Abstract: In terms of public health emergencies and serious concerns, how to safely and effectively evacuate casualties with highly infectious diseases by air is an urgent problem to be solved in the battlefield medicine at present. In this review, the present status of aeromedical evacuation teams at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed from four aspects, including personnel composition, training and exercise, personal protection and psychological protection to explore the method of construction of aeromedical evacuation team for combat casualties care with highly infectious diseases, so as to provide theoretical support for the aeromedical evacuation task for infectious casualties in joint operations.
