生物标志物在老年患者术后谵妄诊疗中的应用综述

Research advances in application of biomarkers in diagnosis and treatment of postoperative delirium in elderly patients

摘要: 术后谵妄(post operative delirium，POD)是老年患者最常见的术后并发症之一，探寻其发病机制有助于我们对POD进行评估、诊断及治疗，而谵妄生物标志物指标对进一步阐明POD的发病机制有重要的指导意义。本文将对炎性介质、胆碱能标志物、神经损伤标志物、褪黑素、代谢指标在老年患者POD诊疗中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Postoperative delirium (POD) is one of the most common postoperative complications in elderly patients. Exploring its pathogenesis is helpful for the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of POD, and the biomarkers of delirium are helpful for us to further clarify the pathogenesis of POD. This article is to review the progress in the application of inflammatory mediators, cholinergic markers, nerve injury markers, melatonin and metabolic markers in the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative delirium in elderly patients.
