芭尔糖对糖尿病患者餐后血糖和血胰岛素分泌的影响

Effect of Parusweet® on postprandial blood glucose and insulin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

  • 摘要: 目的 观察芭尔糖对糖尿病患者餐后血糖和胰岛素的影响。 方法 将53名志愿参加本研究的糖尿病患者按空腹血糖随机分为标准餐组和标准餐+芭尔糖组,分别测定餐后1h和2h血糖、血清胰岛素水平,计算血糖曲线下面积(AUC)。 结果 获得有效数据40例,标准餐组20例,标准餐+芭尔糖组20例;两组进餐后1h和2h的血糖和血糖曲线下面积均无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组进餐2h后血清胰岛素水平也无统计学差异(P>0.05)。 结论 芭尔糖不升高糖尿病患者餐后血糖,不增加血清胰岛素分泌,是糖尿病患者可食用的代糖品。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of Parusweet® on postprandial blood glucose and insulin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods Fifty-tree type 2 DM patients enrolled in this study were randomly divided into standard diet group and standard diet + Parusweet® group according to their fasting blood glucose level.Their blood glucose and insulin levels and their AUC were measured 1 and 2 h after meal. Results The effective data were obtained from 40 type 2 DM patients(20 in standard diet group and 20 in standard diet+Parusweet® group).No significant difference was observed in blood glucose level and AUC 1 and 2h after meal between the two groups and in insulin levels 2h after meal between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Parusweet® does not increase postprandial blood glucose and insulin levels in type 2 DM patients,suggesting that it can be used as a sugar surrogate in such patients.
