益气止汗方对高温湿热下体力训练汗液分泌影响的临床研究

Effect of Qi-supplementing and Sweat-suppressing Recipe on hidropoiesis during military training in a hot and humid environment

  • 摘要: 目的 观察益气止汗方对高温湿热下体力训练汗液分泌影响的临床疗效。 方法 纳入某部连续进行军事训练官兵300例,随机分为实验组和对照组,试验组服益气止汗汤,对照组饮相同数量、次数和时间的矿泉水。 结果 连续服药15d后两组双侧腋窝及双侧腹股沟5min出汗量、症状体征积分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中试验组总有效率为68%,对照组总有效率为7.33%,两组总有效率差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 益气止汗方能有效预防和治疗高温湿热全身性多汗(含多汗症)。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qi-supplementing and Sweat-suppressing Recipe on hidropoiesis during military training in a hot and humid environment. Methods Three hundred officers and men enrolled for successive military training were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The officers and men in experiment group administrated Qi-supplementing and Sweat-suppressing Recipe and those in control group drank the same amount of mineral water at the same frequency and time. Results No significant difference was observed in the amount of 5-minute sweating from two axillary fossae and groins,symptoms and signs of the two groups,15 days after successive administration of Qi-supplementing and Sweat-suppressing Recipe and mineral water(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 68% and 7.33% for the experiment group and control group,respectively(P<0.01). Conclusion Qi-supplementing and Sweat-suppressing Recipe can effectively prevent and treat hyperhidrosis in a hot and humid environment.
