冠状动脉钙化相关因素分析

Related factors for coronary artery calcification

  • 摘要: 目的 研究冠脉钙化相关因素。 方法 70例确诊为冠心病患者,其中男性55例,女性15例,采用血管内超声虚拟组织学成像(IVUS-VH)测量冠脉钙化负荷,结合患者一般资料及血清学指标进行多元回归分析其相关性。 结果 冠脉钙化与吸烟(P=0.040 5)、糖尿病(P=0.029 7)、尿酸(P=0.005 7)、碱性磷酸酶(P=0.038 6)呈正相关性,与舒张压(r=-0.160 6,P=0.041)呈负相关性。 结论 改善生活方式、控制血压可以影响冠脉钙化。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the related factors for coronary artery calcification. Methods Seventy patients(50 males and 15 females) with coronary heart disease(CHD) were recruited in this study.Their coronary artery calcification was assessed by intravascular ultrasound-virtual histology(IVUS-VH) imaging.Correlation between coronary artery calcification and smoking,diabetes mellitus,serum uric acid,alkaline phosphatase,diastolic pressure were analyzed. Results The coronary artery calcification was positively related with smoking,diabetes mellitus,serum uric acid,alkaline phosphatase(P<0.05) and negatively related with diastolic pressure(r=-0.160 6,P=0.041). Conclusion Coronary artery calcification can be alleviated by improving life style and controlling blood pressure.
