Application of gene modification in stem cell-based therapy for ischemic heart disease

    摘要
  • 摘要: 基因修饰将外源性基因导入目的细胞中,使得该细胞具备过表达或静默表达某种基因的能力。在干细胞治疗缺血性心脏病领域,基因修饰主要使干细胞过表达相关蛋白,有助于提高细胞移植效率、保护心脏功能和协助体内示踪等。本文就基因修饰在干细胞治疗缺血性心脏病中的运用进展进行综述。
