摘要: 目的 探讨术中放疗手术的围手术期护理。 方法 做好充分的术前准备,术中积极配合,熟练操作,正确摆放手术体位,密切观察生命体征。 结果 对183例移动式加速器术中放疗患者围手术期采取安全护理措施,使患者安全顺利度过围手术期,手术顺利,无意外发生。 结论 加强患者的围手术期护理,是确保手术顺利完成的关键。Abstract: Objective To study the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing intra-operative radiotherapy. Methods Nurses should be well prepared before operation,actively and skillfully cooperated with the surgeons during operation.Nurses should place the patients at a correct surgical position and closely observe their signs of life. Results The protective measures were taken for the 183 patients undergoing intra-operative radiotherapy with a mobile electron accelerator.The operation was successful with no accident occurred. Conclusion Strengthening perioperative nursing of patients is the key to a successful operation.
