芥菜籽抑制Ⅰ型超敏反应的实验研究

Inhibitory effect of mustard seeds on type 1 hypersensitivity

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨芥菜籽对皮肤、全身Ⅰ型超敏反应的作用及其可能的机制。 方法 将Balb/c小鼠随机分为模型组、芥菜籽组、正常组。模型组和正常组给予普通饲料,芥菜籽组给予含5%芥菜籽饲料。喂养3周后,取模型组和芥菜籽组小鼠各10只,分别用组胺和Compound 48/80建立小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增高的模型;取模型组、芥菜籽组及正常组小鼠各6只,用卵白蛋白(ovalbumin,OVA)建立小鼠全身超敏反应模型,观察芥菜籽对Ⅰ型变态反应模型的作用。 结果 芥菜籽能抑制小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性(P<0.05),但对血清中的IgE、IL-4、IFN-γ无明显影响(P>0.05)。 结论 芥菜籽能够抑制皮肤局部I型超敏反应。

     

    Abstract: Objectives To study the effect of mustard seeds on dermal and systemic typeⅠhypersensitivity and its mechanism. Methods Balb/c mice were randomly divided into control group,mustard seed group and normal group.Mice in control group and normal group had normal forage and those in mustard seed group had forage containing 5% mustard seeds.Three weeks later,10 mice were selected from control group and mustard seed group respectively to establish capillary permeability model by intracutaneous injection of histamine and compound 48/80,and 6 mice were selected from mustard seed group and control group to establish typeⅠhypersensitivity model by intracutaneous injection of ovalbumin(OVA) to observe the effect of mustard seeds on typeⅠhypersensitivity. Results Mustard seeds could inhibit capillary permeability(P<0.05) but not serum IgE,IL-4 and IFN-γlevels(P>0.05) in mice. Conclusion Mustard seeds can inhibit dermal typeⅠhypersensitivity.
